Lillian Susan Cook, 54 of Moundville, Alabama passed away the morning of August 5, 2022 in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Susan was born in Eutaw, Alabama to Ernest C. Clayton and Barbara Johnston Clayton on August 25, 1967. She attended high school at Hillcrest High School and graduated in 1985. Susan then went on to pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse for a total of 31 years. In her free time Susan enjoyed boat rides, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
Susan is survived by her husband of 34 years Roy Cook of Moundville. Her children Emily and Haley Cook, her parents Ernest and Barbara Clayton, and her siblings Eddie, Glenda, and Marriane.
Visitation will be held at Magnolia Chapel South on Friday, August 12, 2022 at 10:00 am with funeral services starting at 12:00 pm with Joe Chandler officiating. Burial will follow at Big Sandy Baptist Church Cemetery with Ken Hinton officiating the graveside service and Magnolia Chapel South directing.
