  • Police also responded to a fight and assault reported at Breakthrough Charter School.

  • Menacing was reported at the Valero station on Washington Street.
  • Officers also responded to property damage involving power lines on Green Street.

  • Police took a report of sexual abuse involving a juvenile in the Cahaba Heights area.
  • Officers responded to a disturbance call at Lottie’s Restaurant on Washington Street.
  • Second-degree theft was reported on June Lane.

Arrests

  • Kaleria Foster was arrested on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and second-degree sodomy.
  • Lue David Suttle was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and making a terrorist threat in the second degree.
