Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed to Chase Bank USA, N.A. on July 18, 2006, by Joe N. Perry and Bettie J. Perry, and recorded in Book 600, Page 19 and modified in and corrected by order recorded August 2, 2024 in Book 2 Page 214 and further corrected by affidavit recorded October 24, 2024 in Book 638 Page 158, and secured indebtedness having been transferred JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association.
