The Greensboro Opera House will host a storytelling workshop led by Dolores Hydock on Saturday, Aug. 15, followed by a free public presentation the next afternoon.
The workshop meets in two sessions, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants, and the fee is $20. Those interested in taking part are asked to text (334) 624-6878 to register.
Hydock will give a public presentation at the Opera House on Sunday, Aug. 16, at 3 p.m. Admission is free and the presentation is open to everyone, with a reception to follow.
The workshop and presentation are made possible in part by a grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts.
