Two arrested on charges involving video, Facebook posts

Two people were arrested Aug. 28 on charges stemming from complaints involving the same woman, according to Perry County District Court records.

Felix Randolph Tabb, 34, of Uniontown is charged with voyeurism in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. A sworn complaint alleges that on or about Aug. 24, Tabb filmed the woman engaging in sexual activity without her knowledge or consent and circulated the video.

Nickia Louise Singleton, 29, of Greensboro is charged with harassing communications, a Class C misdemeanor. A separate complaint alleges that on or about the same date, Singleton posted about the woman on Facebook and messaged her through the platform in a manner likely to harass or cause alarm.

Both complaints were sworn by a Perry County Sheriff’s Office investigator.

Tabb’s bond was set at $3,000, and he remained in the Perry County Jail as of court records dated Aug. 28. Singleton was released the day of her arrest on a $1,000 property bond, and her case was set for a call docket Oct. 6, according to court records dated Aug. 28.
