The Council on Substance Abuse will hold a veterans benefits question-and-answer session on Tuesday, Aug. 25, at Lottie’s Restaurant (207 Washington St. in Marion).
The session runs from 10 a.m. until noon and is open to veterans and their families. Notably, the first 10 veterans to attend will receive a free lunch.
Organizers said the workshop will cover key topics including:
- VA benefits and the PACT Act
- Filing questions and local resources for veterans
- The Hope 4 Heroes and Families program
Dedicated time is set aside for attendees to ask questions directly.
