The Perry County Commission, in partnership with Emergency Management and community partners, will be hosting the Perry County Be Ready Day on October 31st from 9AM to 1PM at the courthouse annex on Washington Street. This event is an opportunity for leaders, organizations, and community members to work together in an effort to improve the county’s awareness and readiness for emergencies. The event sponsors hope to obtain participation from schools, businesses, faith-based organizations, healthcare providers, and members of the community.
