In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Perry County will host a powerful and inspiring seminar titled “Victory Over Cancer” on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Morningstar Baptist Church, located at 27177 Highway 14, Marion, AL 36756.
Organized in collaboration with the Alabama Cooperative Extension System, this event aims to educate, empower, and uplift individuals and families affected by breast cancer. Attendees will hear from survivors, healthcare professionals, and community leaders who will share stories of resilience, provide valuable health information, and offer resources for support and prevention.
The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served, and informational materials will be available.
