Tavares Saquan Davis, a Uniontown man accused of firing multiple shots during a December 2024 shooting incident in Perry County, has been indicted by a grand jury and his case moved to Circuit Court.
Court records show that Davis, 30, was indicted on July 17 on two counts of attempted murder and one count of reckless endangerment. He remains held in the Perry County Jail on a $126,000 cash bond as of press time.
The charges stem from a Dec. 4, 2024, incident in which Davis allegedly fired at least five shots out of the window of a black Chevrolet Impala, targeting two individuals in the Village neighborhood. Authorities said the gunfire placed nearby residents and the public at risk.
The case was formally filed in Perry County Circuit Court on July 28 and assigned to Circuit Judge Collins Pettaway Jr.
