Three men charged with drugs after high-speed chase near Uniontown

Three men were arrested early July 28 in Uniontown following a traffic stop that led to multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including possession of cocaine, attempting to elude law enforcement, and reckless endangerment.

According to court records, Jadarius Le’Anthony Moore, 32, of Huntsville; Arthur Terrell Tyus, 33, of Selma; and Terry Keyion Webster, 27, also of Selma, were taken into custody after allegedly fleeing from law enforcement officers on Highway 183. Officers reported that the suspects were found with 20.78 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia, including a digital scale.

All three men face charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempting to elude law enforcement. Moore is also charged with reckless endangerment after officers said their high-speed attempt to evade arrest created a substantial risk to other drivers and the community.

The men were booked into the Perry County Jail. Bond was set at $28,000 for Moore and $22,000 each for Tyus and Webster.
