Townsend Kyser was recognized for three years of service as Hale County Farmers Federation President Dec. 9 at the Alabama Farmers Federation’s (AFF) 103rd Annual Meeting in Montgomery. Kyser, right, was presented a plaque by AFF President Jimmy Parnell.
