Ashten Davis Cooley, whose whereabouts are unknown, must answer Lee Gilbert’s Complaint for personal injuries filed on May 17, 2023, or thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case Number CV-2023- 900026-DLM, currently pending in the Circuit Court of Hale County, Alabama. The Summons and Complaint arise from a wreck of June 8, 2021, which occurred in Hale County, Alabama. The Defendant must file an Answer in the Circuit Court within (30) days after the last date of publication. The Defendant is required to answer the Complaint in writing and send his answer to the below listed address.

Pursuant to an Order rendered by the Circuit Court of Hale County, Alabama, in Civil Action No. CV-2021-900050, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hale County shall sell to the highest bidder, for cash, by sealed bids, certain real property owned by the Estate of Willie Lee Smith, deceased, said property being situated in Hale County, Alabama, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The East Half of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 20 North, Range 5 East, Hale County, Alabama, containing 40 acres, more or less.
Purchaser will assume 2023 current ad valorem taxes.
The sale is made for the division of the proceeds among the joint owners and tenants in common and will be subject to approval and confirmation of the Hale County Circuit Court.

Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Willie Stevenson An Unmarried Man to CitiFinancial Corporation LLC dated August 24, 2007; said mortgage being recorded on August 29, 2007, in Book 353, Page 641 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Hale County, Alabama. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO 101 CENTERVILLE CIRCLE, GREENSBORO, AL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
The Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act Of 1996 requires al/ Public Housing Authorities to develop a Public Housing Agency Plan for (five) 5 years and an Annual Plan beginning with the year 2000. The purpose of these plans are to advice the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, our residents and members of the general public of our overall mission, goals and objectives for serving the needs of low-income and very low-income families in the area. Modernization work performed is new kitchen cabinets, new floor tile through out the units (3 bedrooms) at Jackson Street , new wiring, new bath retrofit (bathtub with marble tile), new painting, new washer/dryer area, etc.
The Housing Authority has adopted a NO SMOKING POLICY AND MUST BE 25 FEET AWAY FROM HOUSING AUTHORITY PROPERTY.
The Five Year and Annual Agency Plan covering 2023- 2027 is currently being developed and all relevant policies and pertinent planning materials are available for review at the Housing Authority Office located at 101 Centerville Circle . This information is subject to public comment during the regular business hours of the Housing Authority. You are invited to review this information and give your comments and suggestions. A public hearing on the plan will be held by the Board of Commissioners as referenced above.
All public comments will be considered by the Commissioners for inclusion in the plan.
