Yvonne was a great cook, who never failed to have a big crowd of family and friends over for a Sunday dinner after church.
She loved to sew and make cute outfits for her grandchildren, as well as grow pretty flowers in her garden. Yvonne loved the Lord and lived her life in service to him. She could always be counted on to show up with cakes and goodies if she knew someone in the community was sick. She was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
Pallbearers are Alex Krempa, Travis Rhodes, Ben Rose, Glen Rose, Roger Arrington, and Jacob McDonald. Honorary pallbearers are the staff of Hale County Hospital Home Health Care, Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, and her wonderful caregiver Susan Breland for their love and excellent care.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Antioch Cemetery Fund or the Bible Methodist Church of Greensboro.
